Why did I choose anthropology? ᕙ(`▿´)ᕗ

As a child I always loved reading archeology books and watching ancient civilization shows, so I dreamed of discovering dinosaurs and studying mummies.
As I got older, I doubted many times what I wanted to study. From professions like engineering to design, I could never make up my mind. In the end, I decided to study business engineering and prepared myself during my education for it.
A week before psu, my mother spoke about an anthropologist on television... and I looked up what that career was about.
After two years in math and physics classes, I put everything aside and at the last minute decided on anthropology. I have no regrets and I actually find it quite funny.
My other options in case I couldn't get into anthropology were engineering and political science.
So far I have fallen in love with this career, although it can be exhausting at times. I have been especially interested in anthropology in archeology or physics, but have not yet decided in which profession to apply it. However, I still like mummies, so who knows, I might go to Peru or Egypt XD

I love anthropology, it's a beautiful career and I think you'd learn a lot if you went to Peru or Egypt. I hope you can do it soon
