A Meal or Food That I Really Like
Champignon Mushrooms My favorite food... is anything with champignon mushrooms. I am a vegetable lover but champignons are definitely at the top of my list. In my house there are several ways to prepare champignons and we like to add them to our food in one way or another. For example champignons sauce, spaghetti with champignons, sautéed champignons, cooked, etc. My mom knows I love them so she tries to put them in her food a few times a month. But I definitely have a favorite way of cooking champignons mushrooms. That is sauté them in the pan with butter. I add pepper and salt, and then milk cream. I love the flavor it adds to food, whether it's rice, noodles, or even salad. It is very simple and fast to do, and it accompanies whatever. I don't know if it is bad for my health but I guess the milk cream and butter are enough to make me regret eating so much for the amount of calories. However, nothing is going to stop me from eating mushrooms at least twice a month. Good...
